How To Perform

Incident Ray Enters
Light enters the glass slab from air and bends toward the normal.

The refracted ray travels through the glass at a reduced angle.

Light exits the glass slab and bends away from the normal.

Observe that the emergent ray is parallel to the incident ray but laterally displaced.
