How To Perform

Set Up Coil
Connect a coil to a sensitive galvanometer.

Push Magnet In
Move the magnet into the coil and observe galvanometer deflection.

Pull Magnet Out
Pull the magnet out and observe opposite deflection.

Move Faster
Move the magnet faster — observe larger deflection.
